Artemis Grill was my choice this year for a belated Valentines and has incredible panoramic views from the CBD overlooking Marina Bay Sands

One of our favorite cuisines; Artemis Grill offers a seasonally changing modern menu inspired by the Mediterranean.

Being a  “greenie” I was pleased to see their produce is organic, seafood sustainably sourced and all meats are ethically farmed, free-range and hormone-free.

Sky Lounge

Aside from its amazing view the Sky Lounge is framed by the 100-year-old olive tree and serves a wide variety of cocktails, drinks and bar food.  This is a great place to visit for pre-dinner cocktails or to meet friends, have drinks and a light meal.

The Restaurant

A dinner with a view is always a bonus and at 40 floors up you definitely, get that.  I would call the menu Mediterranean fusion as most of the dishes are not your typical.   There are enough vegetarian options and a good selection to choose from for the fussier of eaters.

The service was excellent, and our waiter was friendly, explained all the dishes well and even helped with our decisions on the main courses.   A bit slow of obtaining the bill but it was a busy Friday night.

The complimentary bread was a nice start to our meal and came served with olive oil and dukkah.  I don’t know what kind of bread Artemis Grill used, but it was delicious!

We are big fans of gooey, oozy, creamy Burrata cheese.  Never had Burrata served this way with the braised leeks, caper berries, vinaigrette, and crunchy mustard bread crumbs.

We shared the starters and decided the second choice would be the Quinoa Falafel with Hummus, White Cabbage Slaw, Pomegranate, and Za’atar. There are options of 3 or 5 falafel.  They are very small.  Glad we opted for the 5.

As much as Artemis Grill is famous for their grilled meats; we opted to choose a fish and chicken dish.  The buttery Atlantic Cod is perfectly paired with purple carrot mash, buckwheat, and brown butter.  One of the best fish dishes I have had so far this year.

The chicken breast was served as my husband requested without the sauerkraut and was cooked to perfection.  The side of crushed ratte potatoes with herbs, lemon, and confit onion was needed for my ever hungry husband.  If you preferlarger portions then I suggest you get one or two of the side dishes.

Artemis Grill is a stylish and unique restaurant for rooftop dining and drinks in Singapore’s CBD.

I would definitely come back to try their Set Menu lunch and also bring visitors and friends to the Sky Lounge for cocktails before a night on the town.
